Can I still shop for a Valentine even if I can't make it into the store?

Yes! Every Valentine is available on the website, so if you aren't able to make it into the store you can still choose your recipient and let us do the shopping for you. If you have something specific in mind, leave a note during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. We will also email you a photo of everything that we picked out!

Am I able to select a different dollar amount to spend on my Valentine?

Yes! DM us on social media or call the store during business hours (417-691-7920) and we can process your order for a different amount. Please note the minimum amount needed to fulfill a wishlist is $35.

What happens to all of the items I purchase?

All purchased items are donated to the Joplin Humane Society to be sent home with each valentine when they are adopted.

What happens if my Valentine gets adopted or transferred to a partner rescue before the event is over?

We do our best to ensure all Valentine's receive the items that are purchased on their behalf. In the event your purchased items are not able to be given directly to your selected valentine, they will be given to another dog when they are adopted.

Can I shop for my Valentine somewhere besides your store?

You can, but we would prefer if you didn't. This event helps keep our doors open during the slowest part of the year and enables us to continue providing high quality events for you and your pets. Thank you for shopping small!
