Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days with a delivery timeline of 5-7 business days for most addresses.
Expedited orders are processed within 1-2 business days with a delivery timeline of 3-5 business days for most addresses.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via the most cost effective carrier unless otherwise requested (typically UPS).
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates, including the free shipping minimum, are subject to change without notice.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Lost or damaged packages should be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date to hello@pupthestore.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Delivery
Delivery is currently available on Tuesday and Thursday, up to 10 miles from the store. Orders must be placed by 8am on delivery day to be included in that day's delivery. Orders placed after 8am or on a non-delivery day will be included in the next delivery.
Examples:
Order placed Friday > Delivered Tuesday
Order placed 1pm Tuesday > Delivered Thursday
Order placed 6am Tuesday > Delivered Tuesday
