We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Opened food or treats
- Expired, used or damaged items/products
- Clearance, holiday & seasonal items, or any items marked final sale.
