We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Opened food or treats
• Expired, used or damaged items/products
  
• Clearance, holiday & seasonal items, or any items marked final sale.
