We ship all orders via USPS. Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Order minimum for free shipping is subject to change. International shipping is currently not available.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We understand how frustrating it is when packages are delayed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pupthestore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, and in original condition (i.e., not damaged by your pet) to qualify.
Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened food or treats
- Expired or damaged items
- Used or damaged products
- Clearance, holiday & seasonal items
