Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Domestic): We ship via USPS. Orders typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 1-3 business days. Order minimum for free shipping is subject to change. If you would like us to use a different carrier, please email hello@pupthestore.com prior to placing your order. International shipping is currently not available.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pupthestore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you or your pup are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily take back or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of receipt. To begin a return, please contact us at hello@pupthestore.com.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, is not in its original condition, or has been damaged by your pet. All toys, perishables and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Original shipping charges/processing fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items.
